French Navy Ship Fulmar

The Nato member countries of the  Consular Corps were invited to the welcome ceremony for the French Navy patrol boat “Fulmar” on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at the Detroit harbor.

The “Fulmar” is stationed in the French territory of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada.

Together with Captain François Mauger, Cedric Ballarin invited us aboard for a tour of the ship followed by a toast celebrating the French-American-Canadian friendship. Thank you for hosting us!
